Overpriced because one window pane was totally gone , allowing mosquitos in (dengue fever is an issue in Bali carried by mosqutos), and air conditioned air out, broken toilet and no hot water at 6 in the morning. I would not stay in this place, also in a crummy location. I stayed here a few weeks ago and found the property to be very unsatisfactory.
